Using a soft brush with the ink pads, gently blend colors for the background. I stamped the dock and boat with Black Momento ink the using the Aquapainter brush and inks to blend and add colors then the Watercolor Pencils for the detailing. After adhering to the inked background, I used the Subtle embossing folder to add texture.
