On December 8 my husband of 31 years was killed while working with his track hoe. He was taken to his burial plot on the same wagon he used for his father’s several years ago. Our farming community is so awesome and the support they have shown us will never be forgotten. I am taking a short break from my usual card sharing as I attempt to get my life together and our farming operation sorted out going forward. I would appreciate any prayers. This has been the most devastating trial I’ve ever gone through!

ReplyDeleteKaren, I am so sorry for your loss and hope you have been able to find some comfort from your close-knit community. I lost my husband of 45 years in Sept but it wasn't an accident like your husband's, so I can only imagine your sorrow, esp right here at Christmas. My prayers are for peace for you and that God will be with you as you adjust to your new normal.
