Kylie's International Blog Highlight November 2019 You Make Me Smile

Thank you for stopping by today! For Kylies November International Blog Highlight, my card of encouragement is You Make Me Smile.
All items are Stampin Up!
Card Base:  Rich Razzleberry Cardstock 4 1/4 x 8 1/2 scored at 5 1/2.
Pretty Peacock 3 1/2 x 4 3/4 then embossed using the Brick & Mortar 3D embossing folder.
For the All Around Wreath, I used the Baby Wipe Technique on Whisper White card stock the cut out with the Wreath Die.
The Cardinal is stamped with Pretty Peacock then colored using the Watercolor Pencils dry.
The ribbon is the Scalloped Linen Ribbon in Pretty Peacock and the Crinkled Seam Binding ribbon in Crushed Curry.
I've stamped the "You Make Me Smile" from the Colorful Seasons stamp set in Rich Razzleberry and the leaves from the same stamp set in Crushed Curry and punched using the Story Label Punch.
