Using Whisper White card stock and the Black Memento Ink stamp the Meer and cut out using the 3 inch oval. Color in using the Aqua Painter dipped in to the ink and very little water. Back with the Crushed Curry using Scallop Oval, then next size large Oval cut in Bermuda Bay.
Wrap the Bermuda Bay Bakers Twine around the base then adhere the Stamped Meer Oval with Dimensionals. Stamp lower corner Happy Birthday in Bermuda Bay and the hat in Terracotta Tile.
Add Glue dots to the Sequins and add to the card.
